New Clients

Hello Mellow Massage LLC is "by appointment only" - meaning we not accept walk-ins. You will need to book an appointment - see "book now" tab in menu.

Please arrive to your first appointment 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and use the restroom.

The front door will be unlocked no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your arrival

If you are 15+ minutes late, depending upon availability you may need to be rescheduled and will be expected to pay the cancellation fee.

If you wish to pay with cash please bring exact amount for services booked as change back and breaking bills is not available.

If you wish to use an online gift card as form of payment. Please make sure you have the email pulled up / saved on your phone to access the code provided. If you have an in-house gift card, please make sure to bring the gift card with you to your appointment to be applied at checkout.

Please be aware that Hello Mellow Massage LLC is a sole proprietorship - meaning it is all ran by one person. If you call and reach my voicemail please leave a message to ensure a call back or even better send a text message!

New clients will receive a welcome email with all this information. Please make sure you use the correct email when booking appointment.
Cancellation Policy

contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer your appointment time to other clients and ensures your future booking privileges remain intact. For same-day cancellations the full service cost will be charged to the card on file.
No-Call No-Show Policy
No-call, no-show clients will be charged the full service fee and may be removed from our client list, meaning future appointments will not be accepted.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Hello Mellow Massage has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of inappropriate behavior from clients. I strive to provide a safe and professional environment for all our clients. Any client who engages in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual harassment, verbal abuse, or physical violence, will be asked to leave immediately / fired as a future client, their session will be terminated and they will charged in full for the session. I take all incidents of inappropriate behavior seriously and will take swift action to address and report any such incidents with the local police. I’ve been trained to identify and report any inappropriate behavior, and I am committed to enforcing this policy to ensure that all clients receive massage therapy in a safe and respectful environment.
