A.K.A Prenatal Massage is a relaxation massage that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. Special care is taken in bolstering the mother-to-be’s body to allow for the physical changes that accompany pregnancy. Because of the complexities of pregnancy those receiving are counseled to check in with their doctor to make sure that massage is safe for them. Includes aromatherapy, sound healing and hot compresses.

Reiki
$20 - $130
Reiki / energy healing session: Includes a 15 minute pre session intake, 15 minute post session discussion, aromatherapy and sound healing. Reiki (ray-kee) is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique. It helps aid in relaxation & stress reduction that promotes healing on a mental, physical & spiritual level. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
